Villa Perla del Mare is a beautiful villa located in front of a sandy beach bathed by its crystalline water, where you can sunbathe or swim, and a woods full of paths, where you can breathe iodized air mixed with the scent of eucalyptus, which extend both east and west, ideal for walks along the shore or in the nature.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden, with lawn, with a great variety of trees and plants and with small areas of herbs, which can be used to flavour dishes; a swimming pool, 5.5 m * 11 m wide plus the semicircular entrance and 1.40 m deep, with movable cover, night lighting, electrolytic water purification system and heating for the winter season; two half-covered gazebos with movable side curtains, one with a living area and one with a hydromassage tub, in which to relax or have fun, with five seats, stereo system, tray for drinks and night lighting; two terraces overlooking the sea, where you can taste Italian dishes and Sicilian wines such as the “Bianco D’Alcamo DOC” and admire the magnificent sunsets; a barbecue area for grilling; an external bathroom with showers; a parking area with four parking spaces.
Inside, the villa has many bedrooms, where you can add cots on request, with different bed options. First option: a double bed, a walk-in closet, a bunk bed and a drawer bed. Second option: three double beds. Third option: two double beds, one bunk bed and a drawer bed. In each option possibility to add a single bed or cots. In addition the villa has: two bathrooms with shower; a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, a purification system for drinking water and kitchen tools; a dining room overlooking the sea, where you can taste Italian dishes, with a living area with a TV, where you can relax or have fun; a balcony; an open mezzanine on the upper floor; a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
From the villa on foot it is possible to reach the beach and the woods, which are very close, as the villa is the last one at the end of the road; by car it is possible to reach the many tourist places of the area, from the beaches and woods of natural reserves to places of history, art, culture and entertainment.
To ensure greater comfort, the pool will be cleaned regularly, at dawn, and the lawn will be mowed at least once a week. To ensure environmental sustainability, the villa is equipped with a solar panel system for the production of electricity and a thermodynamic system for heating the water.
The villa is equipped both for the summer season, as it is equipped with air conditioners, and for the winter season, as it is equipped with underfloor heating, heat pumps, wood-burning fireplace, covered and heated swimming pool and hydromassage tub with hot water.
For your own security and the security of the villa, but you can ask us to switch the system off, if you prefer, some areas of the outside of the villa are equipped with a CCTV video surveillance system.
A big supermarket is about 4 km, although there are small food shops about 1.5 km, the latter open only during the summer days. The beach establishment (Lido Greg) on the beach, just 100 m away, offers the possibility to have breakfast and lunch. The nearest restaurants are about 2 km away.
