  • Each base weekly rate is for a group not larger than 4 guests.
  • Each extra guest above a group of 4 has an extra cost.
  • Discounts from 10% to 30%, from weekly rates, will be applied for stays from 3 to 5 days.
  • Final cleaning, linen and bath towels are included.
  • In case of stays of more than 10 days, mid-stay cleaning is included.
  • Cleaning of the swimming-pool and care of the garden are included.
  • Hydromassage tub available for extra cost.
  • Consumption of electricity is not included.
  • Damage deposit to be paid cash at arrival € 600,00.
  • As in bedroom description in INFO: first option for min 4 pax.; second option for min. 6 pax; third option for min 5 pax.
  • For holiday periods or bank holidays, an increase the base rate may be requested.
  • On extra request to be agreed before arrival and only on availability: you can ask us to buy what you need at the supermarket, airport transfer, car rent, daily extra cleaning, cot, babysitting service, private cook, personal trainer, swimming instructor, boat tours…
  • Check-in from 18:00 to 19:30.
  • Check-out from 9:00 to 09:30.
